The privacy of your personal information is very important to us at Centre Stage Performing Arts. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We will take special care to protect the privacy and security of your information.This policy explains our information practices and the way that Expression Dance School collects and uses your information. This Privacy Policy covers the information you provide to us offline and at Expression Dance School web site.

HOW DOES CSPA COLLECT AND USE MY INFORMATION?
When you register for classes at CSPA, we collect contact information such as guardian names, addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, e-mail address and student information such as student names, birthdays, medical conditions, and your comments. Some of the information is required and is noted with an asterisk on the forms. This information is needed to manage studio business and will not be used or sold for any other purpose, except as described below. Some of the information is optional (NOT marked with an asterisk). Optional information is requested to help us better understand our customers and is used only as needed for studio business for example; we require consent to photograph/video your child during any CSPA classes & events. This information will not be used or sold for any other purposes, except as described below. Should you not permit your child to take part in CSPA photographs or videos you must inform your child of this to ensure they know to speak with a team member whenever photography/videography takes place around them.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY INFORMATION?
When you register, you are required to provide an e-mail address. CSPA office personnel have access to your personal information only to manage the studio business.

Centre Stage Performing Arts will access your personal information and/or share it with third parties only for the following purposes: (i) as needed for studio business; (ii) if required to do so by law or to comply with legal process; or (iii) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
You can contact us to:

  • Ask for a copy or list of the Personal Data about you that we hold or process.
  • Request that we make a correction to the Personal Data for you we hold or process.
  • Inform us that you want the Personal Data we hold on you erased. This excludes any data that we are required to keep by law.
  • Withdraw consent. Whenever you have given us your consent to use your personal data, you have the right to change your mind at any time and withdraw that consent.
  • In cases where we are processing your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you can ask us to stop for any reason. We must then do so unless we believe we have a legitimate overriding reason to continue processing your personal data. We would always let you know the reasons behind any decision, which are likely to be due to legal reasons.
